Returns & Exchanges

NO PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED UNLESS MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT

All returns must be entered online using the Return Authorization Form. We will review your request and you will be contacted with a RMA number if applicable. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. If you receive the wrong order or a defective product, we will pay return shipping. Powerplay Wellness Products reserves the right to inspect ALL defective returns prior to providing a replacement product. We are not responsible for improper design or size selection, so please ensure you refer to the online measuring guides for each product before purchasing.

Sorry, but we do not accept returns of worn/used merchandise for hygienic reasons!

    Please have return product ready and packaged to send back to Power Play Wellness Products upon submitting return Form. Upon approval of return request, a pickup will be dispatched to you for the return. Please allow up to 5 business days to process this request.
